Individual Therapy

Tactile Transformations offers individual therapy for adults seeking support, healing, and personal growth. Grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship, therapy provides a space to explore life's challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself and your community. Sessions can include traditional talk therapy, art therapy, or somatic therapy approaches, and will be tailored to the individual.

Shalom is currently licensed in Illinois and Louisiana. She is also available for coaching if you reside in a different state.

Group Therapy

Tactile Transformations will soon offer in-person art therapy and ceramics groups. In the meantime, Shalom is available to facilitate customized groups and workshops tailored to the needs of your organization or community.

Previous offerings have included Kintsugi, ceramics, emotional mapping, and other art therapy experiences, as well as groups focused on re-entry, grief, relationships, and personal growth.

Trainings

Tactile Transformations provides interactive trainings that help organizations build knowledge, skills, and practices that support healing, connection, and community well-being.

Topics may include trauma-informed care, re-entry, mental health, self/collective care, boundaries, and fostering healing-centered workplaces and communities.

Supervision

Tactile Transformations offers clinical supervision for therapists seeking support, growth, and professional development. Through a collaborative and reflective approach, supervision helps clinicians strengthen their skills, deepen their clinical understanding, and navigate the complexities of therapeutic work.

Supervision may include case consultation, trauma-informed care, professional development, ethical considerations, and support for working with complex client experiences.
